모두를위한환경교육연구소 이파리(EEFARI)의 유럽 지부가 프라이부르크에 새로 문 연 코워킹 스페이스 ‘Haus des Engagements (참여의 집)’에 사무 공간을 얻었습니다. 올 4월부터 운영에 들어간 ‘참여의 집’은 회의실 3개, 창고 및 음악 연습실, 30여명을 수용가능한 사무 공간을 갖추고 있습니다. 지속가능성 분야 시민단체 및 기업 간의 네트워킹과 시너지를 추구하는 본 공간에 현재 입주한 단체로는 이파리(모두를위한환경교육연구소, EEFARI; 이하 이파리) 유럽 지부 외에도 지역 환경영화제인 ‘Green Motion Film Festival,’ 이주난민 청소년 지원 단체인 ‘Stadtpiraten,’ 공유경제연구소 ‘Gemeinwohl-Ökonomie’ 바덴뷔르템베르크 지부, 청소년 여름캠프 센터 ‘Förderkreis,’ 우크라이나-독일 여성 협회 등이 있습니다.
‘참여의 집’은 기존에 있던 비영리 단체 지원 공간 ‘Treffpunkt’가 포화상태에 이르면서 2030활동가들이 새로 꾸린 프로젝트로, 기존에 입주해있던 건축사무소로부터 임대 계약을 이어받으면서 광케이블 인터넷 망, 사무가구, 부엌 설비 등을 기증받은 친환경적인 컨셉트로 운영합니다. 뿐만 아니라, 인근 농가에서 나온 폐자재를 활용해 인테리어하고 사무용품을 나눠쓰며 지역 공정무역 업체로부터 간식을 구매하는 등, 일상 속에서 공유 경제를 실현하고 있습니다. 이파리가 새로 만난 집에서 이같이 다양한 분야의 젊은 활동가들과 어떤 영감을 주고받으며 성장할지 지켜봐 주시기 바랍니다.
The EEFARI office in Europe just moved into Freiburg’s new co-working space ‘Haus des Engagements (HdE).’ HdE opened last April with its diverse offers: 3 meeting rooms, band-practice space, warehouse and more than 30 working desks.
HdE primarily invites non-profit organizations and businesses in the field of sustainable development. So far, there are more than 6 member organizations including ‘Green Motion Film Festival’ and a state branch of ‘Economy of the Common Goods.’ EEFARI is excited to exchange lots of inspiration with these groups in multicultural and interdisciplinary atmosphere.
HdE looks forwards – embracing innovative ideas and projects such as local start-ups. Also, co-workers and members of the HdE realize the concept of common goods as well as sustainable resource use in a daily basis. An official opening party will be held on June 28th.
